  • “ProFirstAid recertification courses are the way to go! Thank you for making your courses so affordable, user friendly, and yet still very hands-on. The videos are great and the content is always good to review. I work all day & have 4 kids-- having 1 less class to worry about is HUGE! Thanks again! I'll be back!”

  • “I found ProFirstAid Advanced training extremely useful and recommend it to anyone who needs it. It covers all the important topics in great detail. The instructor is very professional and highly knowledgeable. In fact, his instruction style is awesome. All the videos clearly demonstrate every topic, with practical application, at a pace which is very easy to follow, understand, and apply to real world situation. The Student Manual, which is available in pdf format, is very useful and handy resource. In addition, the entire course along with Training Video library is available 24/7 even after you pass the course. Therefore, it allows you to refresh your First Aid knowledge whenever you need it. • “I think you guys have mastered the online teaching technique. You explained everything that the in-class session does, if not more. The benefit of online is that people are able to go back and listen to a section again if they missed it or misunderstood. Thanks a lot! This saved me! Very convenient for a busy person like myself! ”

    ~ Ashlie from Washington
  • “I was very pleased that I was able to get a customer service representative on the line to answer questions without having to leave a message and wait for a call back. My experience was truly exceptional, the course was more in depth than any other cpr course I have had in my ten years of nursing. The company made payment convenient, affordable and the course schedule was flexible for my needs. Thank you ProFirstAid!”

~ Gina, Registered Nurse (RN) from Georgia

  • “The ProFirstAid Advanced course is my first on-line training class and it is absolutely the best BLS class I have taken during the 20 years I have maintained certification!!!! The instructor is amazing!!! I am of the "classroom generation" and was initially skeptical. The material, instruction, and videotaping are excellent. By not being confined to a classroom time, I could replay and study the student manual as long as I needed to feel confident. And having had past hands-on training and having access to practice now through the program, the training turned out to exceed my needs and expectations as a pharmacist. I told my sister, an elementary school teacher and her colleagues who need certifications renewed about you. And my family (dawned on me I may need them to care for me).”

    ~ Belle from Virginia
  • “I was skeptical at first, but the class was thorough and clear. I was able to update my CPR and First Aid without the stress of altering my schedule to attend a class; I did it in the comfort of home in my own time. I loved being able to rewind and review, and I feel it was a better learning experience for me than previous "hands-on" classes. Thank you!”

    ~ Michelle from Washington
  • “The training was very good and it is especially helpful to do it online. I will do it again next time my CPR certification is due. ”

~ Pamela Kay, Registered Nurse (RN) from Pennsylvania
  • “This was VERY useful and was in a great format to both refresh my training and get me re-certified quickly. Thank you!”

  • “I love the refresher videos they send me from Pro CPR. It keeps my skills fresh throughout the renewal period.”

  • “I am not certain what you mean by a brief testimonial but I will give it my best shot. I believe, know or do have a strong testimony or witness that the interventions used to provide First Aid do work! I have had several experiences in my life using the heimlieck maneuver where I was able to sufficiently perform the abdominal thrusts in order to dislodge the object (an aspirin or two) and watch the two white pills shoot out of the victims mouth and fly through the air across the room! If I had not followed the spiritual prompting to " go over to Laura;s house now!" (which screamed at me on the third attempt) and I finially believed and obeyed the voice/feeling/thoughts and ran across the road to find Laura standing in the kitchen near the counter with a glass of water in her hand, and a bottle of aspirin on the counter. she was motioning for me to come in and had her hands around her neck .. she could not speak or breath; I asked her "are you choking?" she shook her head "yes".I explained to her that I was trained and would help her by performing the Heimlick Maneuver on her. I stood behind her wrapped both arms around her midsection found the sternum and went down two fingers , made the fist with my two hands and firmly pressed quickly in and up , in and up, in and up, then I gave three blows to her midback and repeated the thrusts until the aspirin was dislodged. She was home alone with her new born baby and her husband Joe is/was a cherry farmer and was out shaking cherries off the trees was cherry harvest and everyone was out workng in the orchards, I was home that day for some unknown reason? because usually everyday during cherry harvest I too am out working with the crew in the orchards. To me having these few simple skills are able to actually save lives! The work that first responders do is a great work and I am grateful for those who have developed these intervention techniques and that I have been taught theses life saving skills. I would counsel anyone reading this to get trained, espicially if you are a mother, a teacher, a babysitter or just a friend who cares. ”

  • “This has been the most informative CPR/First Aid training I have ever had! The instructor spoke very clearly and was incredibly thorough in explaining step by step actions to help the patient. I really enjoyed the acted-out situations so that I could visualize the setting and the responder's actions better.”

    ~ Claire from Utah
  • “This is a very thorough training and easy to understand. The material here was more in depth than many other in-person courses I've taken.”

  • “This test out option was really helpful for someone like me, who has taken CPR and First Aid every 2 years for 2 decades. It was a great confirmation explanation when I got the question correct, as well as lead me to seek out a video or paragraph to help get additional information when I got the question wrong, and it gave information, but not the answer. ”

  • “The recorded scenarios are very helpful and the moderator has done an excellent job. The repetitive information is not annoying but rather helpful when it comes to memorizing essential facts, eg. Compression to breaths ratio. Enjoyed watching the whole tutorial.”
