Health and Safety Regulations: A Guide for Employers and Employees

Health and Safety regulations are essential for both employers and employees to ensure safety and welfare in the workplace. In this guide, we will provide an overview of the various laws and documents that are pertinent to workplace safety.

Key Documents for Health and Safety Guidance

  • Guidance Documents: Specific to health and safety challenges in different industries or processes. Their main purpose is to interpret and clarify legal requirements, including how these integrate with the Health and Safety at Work Act and EC Directives.
